The District Office of Women & Child Development GNCTD and the same is also available on the Department website www.wcddel.in and can be applied through the e-district portal https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/.
One year's time is provided at the time of birth and 90 days are given at the time of getting admission in different classes for applying under this scheme. Even then, if the certificate is not received then on the basis of the application deposit receipt for the issue of the birth certificate this time limit can be extended further by the District office of the Women & Child Development Department As per notification no. F.08(1)/FAS/GCPR/DSW/06-07/2056-70 Dated 01/02/2008.
School Principals & District Officers of Women & Child Development are directed to issue, get filled up, and receive these forms and to the concerned District Office, WCD Officer in person/ or by mail (list attached). As per the notification of no. F.08 (1)/FAS/GCPR/DSW/06-07/2056-70 Dated 01/02/2008 of Delhi Ladli Scheme. The deposits shall be encashable only after the child attains 18 years and has passed at least class 10th.

Principals have been directed to distribute, verify/ attest, accept and issue acknowledgment slips and send the forms to the District offices of the Women & Child Development / Social Welfare Department.
No renewal has to be done if the Girl Child passes the 12th class and files the maturity claim as per order F.No.8(839)/DWCD/LADLI/2014-15/36269-280 Dated: 06/01/2015.
