Seat/Berth Availability
Citizen can view the detailed information about the seats/berth available and fare as per the class and quota selected for the train. Citizen can also view the availability of seats/berth for next six days.

PNR Status
User can avail this service to view the current status of the PNR(Passenger Name Record) number. The PNR current status is used to know whether the ticket has been confirmed, on waiting list (WL) or is under reservation against cancellation (RAC). It also provides details of the coachID and seat/berth number, traveling class , chart status, train name, train number, booking status, current status, journey time and fare, arrival and departure time of the trains.

Train Complaint
This service provides citizens to lodge a complaint or give suggestion for selected incident date (current date or past four dates). Citizen can mention train number followed by UTS number or user can enter PNR number followed by the incident date to lodge a complaint.

Parcel Management System application has been developed to provides details of status of consignments booked by sender at each event like booking, loading, unloading and delivery on Indian Railways network through UMANG app and facility to calculate the freight for booking of items.
