Apply for Duplicate Registration Certificate
When a registration certificate of a vehicle is reported to be lost, mutilated, torn or used-up, duplicate registration certificate is issued to the registered owner.

Apply for Duplicate Fitness Certificate
Duplicate Fitness Certificate is an application for a new certificate in case of loss, theft, or damage to the original certificate.
Apply for NOC of a Vehicle
If the owner desires to remove or sell his vehicle outside the jurisdiction of the registering authority within or outside the State then the owner shall file the application for issue of clearance certificate with the registering authority where the vehicle is registered. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is a legal document that certifies that a vehicle has no tax dues and is ready for re-registration in a different state. It's issued by the regional transport office (RTO). This service helps the citizens to apply for NOC for a vehicle.

RC Particulars Against Fee
This service allows citizens to apply for RC Particulars. RC stands for Registration Certificate. It's an official document issued by the Government of India that proves a vehicle is registered with the government. The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, requires all motor vehicles in India to be registered with the registering authorities based on the location where the vehicle is supposed to be used. It proves our vehicle is registered with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) authorities.
Hypothecation Termination
This service allows citizens to apply for Hypothecation Termination. A hypothecation termination is an application to enter the termination of a lease, hire purchase, or hypothecation agreement in the certificate of hypothecation. It's also known as RTO Hypothecation Removal Process. It is a practice where a person pledges an asset, like a car, to a bank when applying for a loan. The bank keeps the car as collateral until the loan is paid off. It is a legal process that transfers the ownership of the vehicle from the lender to the owner's name. It's important to remove hypothecation after repayment of the loan because the transfer of ownership is not possible without it.

Change of Address
Change of Address service enables individuals to update their residential or mailing address details in their driving license and vehicle registration certificate (RC).

The Parivahan Sewa Portal's e-challan service allows users to view and pay pending challans, and provides information on traffic fines and penalties. The e-challan service is a tool that helps the administration enforce rules to improve traffic safety.
