No, the scheme is only for the residents of Delhi, residing from last 5 years.
One Time assistance of Rs 20,000/- is remitted to the bank account of the beneficiary as per the Aadhaar number/ account number of the beneficiary through PFMS portal.

An Aadhaar number is mandatory for filling up the application- without Aadhaar, the application portal will not work. 3. Self-attested documentary.

Death certificate of the bread earner. 5. One passport-size photo of the applicant. 6. Income self-declaration in the format given on the portal itself.
