  This service allows citizens to apply for RC Particulars. RC stands for Registration Certificate. It's an official document issued by the Government of India that proves a vehicle is registered with the government. The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, requires all motor vehicles in India to be registered with the registering authorities based on the location where the vehicle is supposed to be used.
